The roleWe currently have opportunity for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join the finance team in our Cement and Lime Division on a permanent full-time or part-time (0.8 FTE) basis with flexible working arrangements on offer.Based at our cement plant in Munster, key aspects to the role will be leading and advancing the reporting and analysis capabilities, including but not limited to SME for our new forecasting tool. The role will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement mindset into the division through analysis, presentations, and recommendations. Ensure appropriate coding structures are maintained within SAP including taking appropriate action where required to correctLead the month end consolidated reporting for the division including preparation of the month end reporting pack, cost per tonne and P&L preparation,Develop / advance dashboards on key performance drivers and various analysis through the use of automation tools like Power BILead the implementation of new forecasting tool (SAP Analytics Cloud) in conjunction with the project team. Become SME for the divisionAssist the development of the budget and forecasts in conjunction with the Commercial Manager, Finance Business Partners and operations. Lead the reporting and consolidation of presentations for management and corporateEnsuring reporting deadlines are met and compliance with financial procedures are adhered toAssisting corporate finance in the preparation and completion of half yearly and annual statutory analysis for the division and external audit process What you will need to succeedQualified CPA/CA with previous experience supporting budgeting, forecasting and reporting activitiesExperience within a large organization, with manufacturing experience an advantageExperience with SAP or other large ERP systemStrong problem-solving skills and can work and act autonomously as well as in team environmentProficient in the use of ExcelEffectively communicate and liaise with all departmental areas (sales, plants, laboratories, administration, quarries, etc.)Our businessAdbri Cement was formally known as Adelaide Brighton Cement.
