About the Role:
At Kimberly-Clark, we have an opportunity to search for an experienced Finance Business Partner - Marketing to be the finance partner for our Adult & Period Care (APC) marketing team.
Reporting into the Finance Business Analyst Lead, you will be responsible for proving finance support and counsel to our (APC) Marketing team in order for them to make informed decisions.
We are looking for someone who leads positive change and promotes a culture of continuous improvement and that exhibits customer and team focused behavior.
Priorities & responsibilities include:
Directly participate in and lead business forward looking analytics, planning, forecasting, decision making and implementation to facilitate sound business decisions and the achievement of divisional and corporate objectives, essentially:
Drive and lead initiatives that matter to the business and proactively bring forward insights and ideas
Deliver results that have a meaningful impact on the success of Kimberly-Clark.
Actively participate in the formulation of divisional strategies, objectives and plans by providing management with financial expertise, pro-active insights, problem solving, counsel and recommendations.
Provide management with the financial information and analysis to support the forecasting, reporting, gap analysis, risks and opportunity identification, mitigation and gap closure plans within the division as part of the Integrated Business Planning process cycle and monthly close cycle.
Identify and implement recommendations that optimize business and financial processes and improve internal controls and other business practices.
About You:
Relevant Qualification & minimum of 6 years relevant business experience in Finance including Business Analysis or Commercial Finance.
Experience working in FMCG will be highly regarded
Strong inter-personal and communication skills necessary to motivate and mentor others as well as maintain a strong working relationship with senior management and key stakeholder functions internally within KC.
Broad appreciation and understanding of economics, finance, business management and the inter-relationship between these disciplines.
High level of knowledge of systems, capital investment analysis, P&L analytics and forecasting techniques.
