Randstad is currently partnered with a government organisation seeking seeking an experieced Finance Coordinator for a part-time contract opportunity in Geelong.
Responsibilities include:
- Salary: Ranging from $88,463 - $95,810 + super
- Employment Type: Part-time (45.6 hours per fortnight)
- Contract: ASAP till January 2025
- Location: Geelong
Role responsibilities:
The Finance Coordinator must possess the ability to translate raw data into comprehensive reports that satisfy both internal and external demands.
- Collaborate with the Finance and Payroll Coordinator to generate monthly reports and analysis for CEO and Executives.
- Aid in the drafting and finalisation of the Annual Budget, and contribute to year-end processes and Annual Financial Report reviews.
- Assist in fulfilling data requests during mid-year and year-end audits.
- Manage the distribution and compilation of six-monthly Ordinary Returns and Related Parties Declarations from GRLC Board Members and Key Management Personnel.
- Produce mid-year and final reports for the Company Funding Program, assist in grants acquittals, and maintain fleet vehicle records for FBT purposes, while liaising with stakeholders regarding vehicle matters.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Finance/Accounting qualification with experience in similar role
- CA/CPA qualification (preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel
- Understanding of relevant accounting principles and regulations.
