Supporting an entire industry, our not-for-profit client supports and leverages their expertise to provide top-quality services to organisations across the sector.
The Role:Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible and encouraged to report financial information and assist with the organisation's strategic goals. You will work with the wider finance team, overseeing functions such as accounts payable and accounts receivable whilst mentoring junior staff to achieve their personal goals. You will be expected to have the persona and capabilities to be engaged with the wider business, supporting non-finance stakeholders. This role offers a range of technical accounting, month-end reporting and transactional accounting with the opportunity to influence positive change.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Monitoring accounts payable and receivables
- Fixed asset management
- General ledger, balance sheet, intercompany reconciliations
- Month-end reporting, including BAS preparation
- Cash flow monitoring
- Preparation of annual reports
- Annual budgeting/forecasting
- Ad-hoc duties

About You:- 5+ years' experience
- CA/CPA qualified
- Ideally have had management/supervisory experience
- Able to be hands-on, whilst also overseeing a small team
- Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
- Strong excel and ERP system exposure
