AddressA leading Independent Advertising Agency is on the hunt for a Finance Manager.Reporting directly to the Founder and working alongside their Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Additionally, you will provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis and data interpretation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Manage cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to ensure optimal liquidity.
- Review/Authorise; AP, Billing, Payroll Tax, BAS
- Prepare cash flow
- Review job tracking
- Review billability
- Review agency capacity with delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, preferably in advertising or marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.
- Thorough understanding of accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & financial software
