T+O+M Executive and I are working exclusively with a large, top 100 ASX-listed Property & Asset Management Group to help hire an experienced Finance Manager position to join at a group level. With over $50 billion funds under management and delivering iconic projects in property, infrastructure and industrial portfolios, this group continues to grow with operations expanding throughout every major Australian city.
Reporting to the GM of Finance and as a part of a team of 15, you will be exposed to the following.
Responsibilities
- Prepare timely and accurate reporting on financial and business performance across the portfolio, providing actionable insights to multiple stakeholders across the group
- Ensure reporting is in compliance with relevant ASX and statutory reporting requirements, utilizing your accounting & finance expertise
- Business partner with project delivery, investor relations, corporate finance and funds teams to understand their reporting requirements and deliver commercial insights
- Forecasting across the group on project delivery and cashflow to ensure accurate reporting and fund liquidity
- Work closely with executive leadership to recognize market opportunities, risks and build relevant business cases and presentations
- On going process improvements
- Provide guidance and mentorship for junior staff and graduates on rotation
- Ad hoc reporting and analysis as required
Qualifications
- CA/ CPA/ ACA/ CIMA qualified with over 5 years of experience
- Ideal for a candidate with 4 years of audit background & 3 years of industry experience
- TM1 and Yardi experience would be advantageous, not a must
- Proven experience in analytical thinking and detailed reporting
