Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, daily production and variance analysis.
• Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies to optimize performance and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies.
• Provide strategic guidance to senior management based on financial analysis and market trends.
• Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and foster a culture of continuous improvement. 

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or CA qualification preferred).
• Proven experience in a similar finance leadership role within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong IT, financial systems and broad financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations.
