POSITION OVERVIEW
- The Finance Officer is responsible for administration, finance, and managerial tasks.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties will include but are not limited to:-
- Day to Day general administrative functions, office managing, and reception duties.
- Payments of Accounts / Financial Tasks.
- Preparation of Data Sheets / Invoices.
- Processing of Payroll and familiar with Fair Work guidelines.
- Bookkeeping duties (reconciling, data entry, receipting, filing).
- Works with confidential matters.
- Coordinate and Prepare Meetings if required.
- End of Financial Year and Audit Preparation.
- Meeting with clients in a professional manner.

- Utilise Juru's Safety Management System – to ensure compliance with legislation and adopt “Best Practice” principles.
- Undertake all tasks adopting a risk management approach, Hazard Identification – Risk Assessment – Risk Control –Monitor and Review.
- Ensure work undertaken does not impact the health and safety of individuals, workers, or the public.

- Comply with the relevant organisational policy regarding the appropriate use of Juru’s technology, systems, and data
- Use Juru’s technology, systems, and data in ways that ensure and promote their security and integrity
- Report any technology, systems, or data problems and any related security incidents to the manager as soon as reasonably possible.
- Acquire and introduce only approved technology, systems, or data into Juru’s environment.
Qualifications/Skills
Essential
- Substantial experience in bookkeeping services.
- Experience with MYOB (Accountright preferred).
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Desirable
- Experience with Google Sheets.
- Business Qualification/s.
- Similar experience within this position.
