The Company is looking to recruit a Finance Officer who will be a critical member of the finance function. On offer is exposure to an entrepreneurial and dynamic company with a highly motivated team, who have a great attitude and take ownership of the responsibilities assigned to them.
The position will report to the Senior Corporate Accountant and work closely with the Assistant Accountants, who will provide mentoring and development. Responsibilities, Duties and Expectations

Accounts Payable
Agree supplier invoice to purchase order
Confirm items have been received
Confirm appropriate approval has been received
Prepare weekly accounts payable schedule and payrun
Generate sales invoices and quotes
Prepare weekly purchase order report
Review the finance inbox and reply to queries
Prepare and submit statutory surveys
Prepare data for analytics
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
Accounting/Commerce Degree
Attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a geographically distributed team
Excellent written/verbal communication
Have a "can do" attitude and willingness to help in variety of tasks, including occasional tasks unrelated to the core role- we're a growing company and "everyone sweeps the floor"
While some experience (6 months to 1 year post education) is helpful, this role is also open to graduates
