Newly created role to support the Finance Manager
Full-time with flexible hours
Opportunity to streamline reporting and processes
Tasks and duties for multiple entities:
Reviewing and ensuring bank accounts are reconciled on a regular basis.
Reviewing and approving supplier payments including cash flow management.
Reviewing and managing payroll and month-end preparations including balance sheet reconciliations.
Reviewing and assisting with HR onboarding and other payroll related tasks.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Identifying business efficiencies and operational improvements, including the use of technology.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Supervision of small finance team both local and overseas.
Ad hoc tasks as required in the Finance department.
About you:
You are CA/CPA qualified with circa 4-6 years commercial experience.
Must be proficient in using Xero.
Experience with Microsoft Office, in particular Excel is essential.
Payroll experience is desirable.
Audit background preferable. Big4 or Mid-Tier.
Previous experience managing a small team, and be a team player.
Must have a proactive approach and be able to work autonomously to complete daily tasks.
Excellent attention to detail.
Adaptable and flexible work style.
Reliable individual with strong work ethic.
