As a Financial Analyst with our client, your role plays a crucial part in delivering accurate financial analysis for ongoing projects and potential investment opportunities. You will support the senior team's decision-making process by conducting meticulous research, optimising scenarios, and providing insightful analysis. Your responsibilities also include market research, opportunity screening, and fostering strong engagement with debt and equity stakeholders
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintain operational project models, ensuring accuracy in data input and conducting forecasting/reforecasting in collaboration with Development Managers.
- Coordinate with the accounts team to ensure timely execution of monthly creditor payment runs.
- Monitor and evaluate active project investment performance for internal and external reporting.
- Conduct due diligence on prospective tenants/buyers and assist in preparing investor materials.
