In this role you will support the Director of FP&A with budgeting and forecasting, long-term planning, post-close analysis and reporting, and business partnerships across the company to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. As the successful candidate, you will have strong spreadsheet modeling skills, drive process improvements, and provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making.
To be considered for this role, you must be Brisbane-based and eligible to work legally in Australia on a full-time basis.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality management level reporting.
- Budgeting, forecasting, and long term planning.
- Variance analysis.
- Establish relationships outside of finance to deliver analysis and insights.
- Identify and execute process improvement opportunities.
- Ad hoc analysis and projects.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or similar preferred.
- 2-5 years of FP&A progressive experience in a multinational, corporate environment.
- Financial statement knowledge and a strong understanding of US GAAP required.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience using financial planning software.
- Detail-orientated for thorough review of self and team reporting and analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A self-starting and highly motivated attitude.
- An understanding and sense of team culture.
