The Financial Controller will be a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders within and Group, while also working closely with the CFO. The appointee will lead a high calibre finance team who oversee general financial accounting, budgeting, forecasting, providing accurate and timely management information and analysis to enable strategic decision making. Integral to success in the role, will be excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills as well as a strong ability to lead and mentor the finance team.
You are a motivated self-starer who enjoys building strong relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders. CA/CPA qualified, you offer a high level of leadership capability ideally through experience within manufacturing, FMCG or a reputable chartered accounting firm. Demonstrating advanced problem solving and outstanding communication skills, ultimately success will be defined by your interpersonal ability and leadership qualities.
