The position of Financial Controller is primarily accountable for managing the financial control team and tax team to optimise both the day-to-day running of compliant transactional accounts, lead the Year

End and Half year financial close and to provide timely and sound technical accounting and tax advice and support to the finance team and the business.   As a member of the Finance Management Team, the Financial Controller is also expected to support peers and other business managers in the development of commercial business cases and reports to meet APAMs broader business strategies and statutory accounting obligations. Melbourne Airport is at the forefront of a dynamic expansion, poised to support the city's ascent to become Australia’s largest city within the next decade.
