The Role:
They currently have an opportunity available for a Financial Manager to lead the Transactional Services function, looking after the high-performing transactional team.
Reporting into the CFO and working closely with internal stakeholders (such as the Commercial Management and Analytical teams), the Financial Manager will lead an accounting team and will be responsible for the development of the transactional accounting function (AP, AR, Payroll etc), ensuring best practice and active collaboration with internal stakeholders.
The Ideal Candidate:
You will ideally be an experienced accounting professional who can work effectively in a large and complex organization, with previous proven experience managing transactional teams. A solid team-player who possesses a strong work ethic and gets on well with others. A background in the construction industry is not necessary, but the experience, skills and qualifications we require for this role are:

- Fully CPA/CA qualified.
- 3+ years’ commercial accounting experience, leading effective and productive accounting teams.
- Ability to manage and motivate a high-performing team.
- Passion for process improvement.
- Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and organisational skills.
- A proactive approach with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
- Exceptional organisational, written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
