Task & Responsibilities
- Liaising with Advisers, clients, tax agents & other Lead Group team members
- Assisting with the implementation of financial strategies
- Preparation of letters, reports & documents
- Assisting with the maintenance of Financial Planning software & templates
- Providing general administrative support to the Financial Planning team
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience using XPlan is preferable but not essential
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task & prioritise your workload
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Strong computer skills; including MS Outlook, Word & Excel
- Experience in the finance industry is preferable but not essential
- A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to assist other areas of the business as required
