This role will suit a person who needs minimal supervision and who is able to proactively support our growing company.
The person we are looking for is skilled in computer software, prfeerably Xplan, emails, and able to quickly and competently work with new software or on a different site.
The person will be required to communicate with a client in a caring manner - ensuring that the client's need for service is efficiently and VERY pleasantly met.
The successful candidate will also be required to follow a system, maintain an appointment calendar, and competently enter client data into our system.
This role is for a person who pays loving attention to detail and is someone who works to get a task done pretty much the first time.
