About the role:
- We have an excellent, permanent, full time opportunity for a driven leader to become a part of a dynamic, experienced and professional team, to provide support to our NSW Health Facilities within the Lower Mid North Coast Sector (LMNCS). This position will see you working from the LMNCS Facilities Maintenance Unit and be based at Manning Base Hospital in Taree.
- As The sector Fire officer/ Educator, you will be required under the guidance of the Engineering and Building Services Manager for the LMNCS to ensure that the Hospitals and other Facilities within the LMNCS are maintained to enable the issuing of the AFSS for each Location. This includes ensuring staff employed by the LMNCS are trained to the best of their ability to deal with the threat of fire or other emergencies.
- All training and education required to support the needs of this position will be made available in support of the successful applicant.

Requirements:
- Current ComSafe Fire Officer Certification or willingness to obtain.
- Eligible to drive in NSW.
- Applicable training modules from TAADEL301A for delivery of training or willingness to obtain.
