Our work will take you in different directions
We currently have an opportunity for Fleet and Asset Manager to join our Procurement team based in Mascot, NSW.
What will you be doing?
- Operational fleet management of car fleet within the unit – Australia and New Zealand
- Implementation of procedures, processes, ordering systems and operational managemednt of fleet suppliers
- Communicate fleet and asset management related principles/changes to affected end-users/requestors
- Negotiating fleet and asset contracts ensuring all principles, policies and processes are being applied
- Implementing processes and procedures effectively to manage internal/external stakeholders
- Conduct maintenance/SuperUser tasks regarding fleet or office services related ordering systems
- Clarify enquiries/issues (e.g. invoices) with fleet or asset services related suppliers.
- Creation and provision of fleet and asset management related reporting in the unit incl. follow up cost development and budget for the related spend categories (in cooperation stakeholders such as Finance)
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree or fleet management operations experience
- Previous experience implementing and improving fleet processes, systems, and procedures.Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- High level of computer literacy and proficiency MS suite (including Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
