Job Description:

As a Float House Coordinator at Tally Floatation Therapy, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and rejuvenating experience. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of our Float House, guiding guests through their sessions, and providing explanations about floatation therapy and infrared sauna benefits. We are seeking individuals with a positive attitude, impeccable communication skills, and a passion for wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the Float House, including floatation tanks, rooms, and common areas.

- Greet and assist guests, guiding them through their floatation therapy and infrared sauna sessions.

- Provide detailed explanations about floatation therapy and infrared sauna benefits to guests.

- Ensure a welcoming and comfortable environment for all guests.

- Exhibit a clean and tidy appearance at all times, reflecting our commitment to professionalism and wellness

- Undertaking tasks such as pool testing and pod water management 

- Demonstrate strong leadership skills, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.

- Work autonomously and as part of a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

- Available to work weekends and some weekdays to accommodate our guests' schedules.

Requirements:

- Passion for wellness and a genuine desire to help others achieve relaxation and well-being.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with guests effectively.

- Responsible and organised, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Flexibility to work weekends and some weekdays as required.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or wellness industry is preferred but not required.
