It's all about you...This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and team focussed Legal Assistant to join this leading mid-tier law firm, recognised for its friendly, down to earth culture, strong client service focus and healthy work/life balance.
With at least 3 years legal secretarial experience you'll be able to explore new areas of law within this firm widefloat role, at the same time as being an integral member of the legal support team.
You'll enjoy variety in your day as you assist Partners and their teams throughout the firm in different practice groups. Some of your responsibilities will include;
- preparing legal documents and general correspondence
- scheduling diary appointments and meetings
- file management
- liaising with clients
- assisting with organising seminars/events
- billing and reports
To be successful in this role you will have a pro-active team approach and a genuine willingness to learn, together with;
- a minimum of 3 years experience as a Legal Secretary (litigation is ideal)
- well developed organisational skills
- advanced MS Word/typing skills
- strong attention to detail
