Food And Beverage Manager

Jalisco Doubleview is currently seeking a talented Food and Beverage Manager to join our team.

Your duties and responsibilities:

•       Menu planning in collaboration with the head chef 

•       Managing day to day operation of the business referring to the owner 

•       Managing budget and cash deck transactions.

•       Keeping records of financial transactions and stock level.

•       Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

•       Ensure the availability of high-quality ingredients and supplies.

•       Recruit, train, and supervise Food and Beverage service staff.

•       Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to staff members.

•       Manage the staff and the roster.

The candidate:

We are looking for a reliable, committed and detail-oriented person. For this reason, it is essential that you possess the at least 2 years of relevant experience; have strong organisational and time management skills; have a solution focused attitude.

The position is offered on a permanent full-time basis (at least 38 hours per week) with the opportunity to grow and develop your career.
