The Role
Leading a team of Food and Beverage attendants and supervisors to deliver a fantastic guest experience at one of our Unique properties at El Questro. You will be a hands-on manager, leading from the front, dealing with all guest feedback, building a strong relationship with the kitchen and activities team to ensure a smooth service all round. You will have a desire for world class food and be proud of showcasing our hospitality offering.
Duties
- Manage a team of 8 - 15 staff members
- Rostering, training, mentoring and building a great team culture
- Ensuring all guests are happy with service and dealing with all feedback
- Strong relationship building with activities team and kitchen to ensure smooth running of tour groups
- Remain calm under pressure and encourage the same from the team through training and understanding
Skills & Experience
- Experience managing fine dining/ a la carte restaurants
- A desire and passion for world class food and wine
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A strong working knowledge of managing costs, budgets and meeting KPIs
- A drive to develop and inspire your team to go ‘above and beyond’
- An enthusiastic and energetic approach to the role.
