We now have an exciting opportunity for a Food and Drink Programming Lead to join our Product Team on a contract through to February 2025.

About the role

Reporting to the Food & Drink Programming Manager, in this role you will assist in defining and designing a variety of new AO25 Premium Experience (PX) and Precinct Food and Beverage products tailored to the AO customer segments and aligned to Tennis Australia’s Fit for Growth Strategy.

In this role you will:

  • Support product development including defining, designing and go-to market launch of the new Premium Experience product suite for AO25.
  • In partnership with new catering partners develop programming for multiple new talent and restaurant brands to fit within the new Premium Experience product formats and experiences.
  • Contribute to content strategy, creation and management across the new Premium Experience product suite and Precinct Food and Beverage program (copywriting, photography, videography, presentations).
  • Strengthen internal and external stakeholder relationship management, focussing on critical communications involved in rollout of new PX product suite to brief and educate.
  • Provide team administration support as required.

About you

With a background in both hospitality or major events and marketing/communications, the ideal candidate will bring:

  • An eye for great brands and talent with their finger on the pulse of what’s happening in the Australian food scene.
  • Strong copywriting, copy editing and creative presentation skills.
  • A high attention to detail and strong organisation skills
  • Great communication skills both verbal and written, with a natural ability to form positive relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a group to achieve a common goal.
  • You must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
