About the roleWe are seeking a motivated and engaged individual with high attention to detail to join our busy and dynamic
Freedom of Information (FOI) and Information Release Service, in a temporary full-time position covering maternity leave (for up to 12 months).This role involves undertaking administrative tasks which relate to the disclosure of highly sensitive and confidential information, including searching, retrieving and compiling documents in response to subpoenas, summons’, police requests, child protection agency requests and others in accordance with relevant legislation.The successful candidate will require excellent planning and strong organisational skills, be self-motivated and proactive and committed to continued service improvement. They will also have the capacity to collaborate effectively and work with all levels of staff at Eastern Health and outside agenciesand demonstrateexcellent interpersonal and communication skills.Please refer to the attached position description for further details of the role.Vaccination against infectious disease is a mandatory requirement of this role. An offer of employment is conditional on you providing evidence that you are currently vaccinated against COVID-19 with booster & Influenza, prior to commencing employment.
