We currently have an opportunity to join our team in Kewdale, Perth WA, as a Key Account Coordinator. The role will report to the Projects Team Lead and the fundamental responsibilities of this role include:
- Coordinating operational cargo movements via air, ocean and road freight
- Providing a high level of customer service to our clients
- Providing seamless end to end delivery of client’s shipments within given ROS deadlines
- Arranging Hotshot transport to meet critical deadlines
- Liaising with PFS offices, agents, contractors, third parties and clients in Australia and overseas
- Completing and communicating all necessary client reports
- Building rate schedules for new clients and preparing formal quotations as required
- Recording all jobs utilising Cargowise and preparing completed jobs for billing for all Key Account movements and chargeable activities
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum 2 year experience in a similar role
- Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of Oil & Gas and Mining operations
- Strong customer service abilities
- Knowledge of general freight forwarding domestic and International, break bulk, over dimensional and project cargoes
- Positive and professional attitude
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
- High attention to detail and strong planning and organising skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
- Current unrestricted drivers licence
