Sydney Road Dental Care is a fast paced modern practice located 3 minutes walk from the beach in beautiful Manly, Northern Beaches. We believe we are making a positive change to people's health everyday by providing quality services for general dental, cosmetics, Invisalign, implants and orthodontics. Our team of 4 dentists and hygiene department are renowned for providing exceptional care and customer service with rewarding patient results.
The Position
You will work closely within our Front Desk team and play an important role in giving our patients the first and last impressions of our practice. This is a face to face, patient-centred role and you will have job satisfaction in seeing first hand how we change the lives of our patients and their view of going to the dentist.
This is a Full Time role over 4 days. Our business hours are 8am-6pm weekdays with no weekend shifts - enjoy a work life balance! Days to be negotiated.
The role includes:
- Welcoming our patients and visitors
- Invoice and processing payments
- Answering phone and online enquiries
- Appointment book management
- Providing assistance to our clinical team
- Other administrative tasks
Full training and support will be provided.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous reception experience and demonstrable customer service experience
- Possess excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional manner at all times
- Show a high attention to detail
- Have a confident and warm demeanour, showing genuine care for people
- Thrives in working in a busy team environment
- Have a positive attitude with a willingness to learn
