Qualifications & experience
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks as they come in.
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office software
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle various tasks at the same time.
- 2+ years’ experience preferred.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Greet and assist our valued guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage and accept delivery of parcels and advise addressees. Ensure daily mail is sorted and distributed.
- Receive and direct incoming calls/emails to appropriate personnel and departments; ensure smooth communication throughout the company.
- Manage meeting room use and the procurement of office supplies.
- Attend to front and back-office facilities and electronic equipment.
- Provide additional administrative support as needed.
