An opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic Front Desk Receptionist to join our team on a full time basis providing superior customer service and administration support.

The role offers full time work - 38 hours per week, Monday - Friday from 12:00pm - 8:00pm, with breaks. Must be flexible in working hours as they could vary for holiday periods and for relief on other days if required such as Saturdays.

About The Role...

As the Front Desk Receptionist situated in the Balmain studio you'll be responsible for the first and last impression of every client that enters and leaves the studio.

The Balmain location is a five star premises, so we need our brand new Front Desk Receptionist to keep our presentation and services at the utmost 5 star standard and can consistently ensure we go above and beyond for our clients.

As an enthusiastic CareToDance Front Desk Receptionist, you understand the vital role relationships play in helping people reach their goals, so at every opportunity you'll strive to authentically connect with clients inside our studio.

Your Duties...

  • Greeting all affluent clients with a large smile and a bubbly personality
  • Handling queries via phone, voice messages, email and general correspondence.
  • Transferring calls and taking messages as necessary
  • Organizing clients bookings and processing of payments
  • Managing office supplies such as stationery, equipment and furniture
  • Diary Management of lessons on every floor space across both locations
  • Ensuring all lessons are running on time - assisting and supporting your fellow colleagues where possible
  • Keeping our social media pages up-to-date by creating inspiring, real, and positive posts - and respond to questions and comments rapidly.
  • Happily help maintain a crystal clean environment for our clients
  • Be supportive towards all new clients and their new individual journey
  • Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
  • Outbound calls to warm leads to book new clients in
  • Obsessed with getting all tasks done on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Performing ad-hoc duties in assisting management
  • Receiving and dispatching deliveries
  • Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis
  • Some Saturdays may be required (overtime of course will be paid)

  • Arts/Fitness/Music background is desirable
  • Has exceptional accuracy and a love for serving people
  • You have supported teams before with great success
  • Fluent in conflict resolution (if required).
  • Accurate in your decision making skills and capable of following direction
  • The understanding that the customer is not a number (being on the frontline is more than transactions, it's being that person who creates moments that light up peoples days)
  • High Standards
  • An obsession with details such as remembering peoples names, and making everyone feel like somebody
  • Love keeping the environment clean, crisp and in order.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
