Front Office Co-Ordinator

Perio Focus is a specialist dental practice in Periodontics and Implant Dentistry. We are patient focused and committed to providing excellent patient care. 

To help us focus more on our patients, we are EXPANDING our team and seek a motivated and competent Front Office Co-Ordinator in a Full Time capacity for our Wembley practice. 

Your responsibilities include:

• Optimizing the doctors schedule
• Managing patient contact in person and over telephone in a professional and friendly manner
• Liaising with other health professionals on behalf of the patient
• Responding and handling patient matters (including solving their concerns and answering their queries)
• Accurately manage patient data and information
• Compiling referrals and reports for all patient and practice related correspondence
• Settling accounts on the day of appointment and all credit control
• Practice opening and closing duties
• Miscellaneous practice administration duties

• Prior dental experience.

• Understands the importance of their role in developing an elite practice through appointment optimisation.

• Has strong organisational and time management skills to achieve this.
• Demonstrates exceptional ability to communicate with patients in an empathetic and professional, and the broader team in a collaborative environment
