lyf Collingwood now seeks an enthusiastic, experienced, and dedicated person to join the Front Office team as Guest Service Officer. The successful candidate will join a tight-knit, supportive team.
In these roles you will be responsible for:
- The check in and check out of our guests
- Attending to guests' requests and managing their accounts
- Providing information to our guests on services and local Melbourne attractions
- Administration associated with the Front Office department
Ideally you must have:
- Previous experience in customer service
- Strong knowledge of the Melbourne CBD and Collingwood
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding personal presentation
- Attention to detail
