Novotel Sydney on Darling Harbour is on the hunt for a motivated, and friendly Front Office Supervisor (Part-time) to help elevate and secure memorable stays for our guests' satisfaction.
- Supervise and support Front Office team members and assist with accounting issues
- Have a thorough knowledge of the hotel layouts, facilities, daily functions, special events, conventions and groups in the house and due to arrive and the local area
- Control hotel duty keys and floats whilst on duty
- Ensure efficient, friendly and courteous guest service all the time
- Regularly inspect guest areas to make sure everything is in order
- Ensure effective communication of new and updated information regarding policies, rates and general hotel information.
- Ensure strict procedures are followed for guest confidentiality
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar environment.
- Excellent communicator with time management skills
- Good grooming and presentation standards
- Flexible to work a variety of shifts.
- Strong focus and passion for hotel operations
