Join Our Team as a Fuel Scheduler in Karratha!

Toll Group are seeking a dedicated Fuel Scheduler to join our team and ensure the efficient and timely delivery of fuel products to our clients. This is your chance to play a crucial role in a vital industry while enjoying a balanced lifestyle in Karratha.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fuel Delivery Planning: Enter site dips into Minop Report for key account clients to project fuel deliveries needed to meet demand, adjusting reports as necessary to ensure continuous fuel supply.

  • Communication: Keeping key account managers updated on any changes to planned deliveries that could affect forecasted volumes.

  • Load Compilation: Optimise the use of drivers and equipment to maximise revenue per load and minimise costs.

  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure adherence to Fatigue Management, Accredited Mass Management Scheme (AMMS), and Maintenance Management Standards as outlined by Main Roads WA and Toll Standards.

  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek areas for improvement to enhance outcomes and reduce costs for the business unit.

Skills & Experience:

  • Industry Experience: Demonstrated experience in a similar role and capacity, or with fuel industry experience being a plus.

  • Organisational Skills: Excellent time management, planning, and organisational abilities.

  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with HV mass management, fatigue management, dangerous goods, and road transport rules and regulations.

  • Customer Service Orientation: A deep understanding of customer needs and a commitment to adding value.

  • Decision Making: Ability to apply logic and experience to make timely, sound judgements.

  • Statutory Interpretation: Effective capability in interpreting statutory requirements.

  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.

  • Local Residency: Resident of Karratha or willingness to relocate.
