- Minimum 1-2 years demonstrated experience in similar cuisine (steak/grill house and/or breakfast)
- Availability evenings and weekends
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
