Blowfish is seeking talented senior chefs. With positions of junior sous chef and sous chef available. The right candidate will have to have the following skills
- very good knowledge of seafood breakdown and where it is sourced
- good management skills
- understanding of HACCP
- previous experience in similar role
- understanding of ordering systems
