The restaurant can seat up to 150 pax and also boasts a stunning built for purpose private dining room which can seat up to 65 guests.

Grill Chef/Chef De Partie
Key responsibilities include:
- Help maintain high levels of service delivery in a particular section by managing preparation and service of food
- To demonstrate an attitude and passion that consistently exceeds the expectations of our standards.
- Support the Sous chefs in the overall running of a specific section
- To monitor stock movement and be responsible for ordering on your section
- To ensure minimum kitchen wastage
- To ensure knowledge of the product is maintained and communicated to all relevant personnel.
- To be responsible for entire sections level of efficiency relating to preparation
- To learn and record skills of other members of the department to assist in the developmental process of staff
- To report any maintenance issues to the Head Chef immediately.
- To comply with all MMP policies and procedures to ensure that all statutory regulations are observed.
- To liaise with the Sous and Head Chef to assist in the implementation of new systems when applicable
- To ensure all statutory regulations are adhered to by all staff, such as food hygiene policies
- To be flexible and willing to help the restaurant kitchen at busy times if required
