Full Time Receptionist - Experience Required, Immediate Start

Serenity Dental are looking for a full-time Receptionist available for an immediate start to work at our Emerald Practice. 

Minimum 1-2 years Previous Reception or Admin experience is required, and ideal if medical or dental related. This position may also suit somebody experienced in chairside who wants to move into a reception position in the dental/medical field.

Whilst all of our Receptionist are over time trained up to help in the sterilization room or chairside if needed in a tight pinch, your main role include

• Answering Phones
• Greeting of Patients
• Setting up payment plans
• Maintaining up to date patient records
• Assisting with payments and appointment bookings
• Setup and close-down of common areas within clinic
• Ain in organisation and planning for General Anaesthetic lists

All staff will require Compliance with strict Infection Control of Equipment and Procedure Rooms, and be prepared to become part of a fun, social team environment full of laughter, fun and new smiles!
