Receptionist / Showroom

Millennium Glass is looking for a person who is energetic, strong computer skills able to multitask whilst being customer service focused and who exudes confidence on the telephone and in person.

𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲: Our clean, spacious, office and showroom at Burleigh Heads.

The main focus of this role

• Showcase our display showroom to potential customers, leading to site measures.
• Answer telephone promptly as a backup to reception.
• Returning missed calls
• Generating key questions to obtain relevant information & providing technical advice

Qualifications & experience

• Excellent communication skills in customer service
• Have an eye for detail and organisation
• High Computer competency and quick learner on a computer. 
• Fast typing speed
• Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to persist; use initiative and find solutions.
• General math skills and experience working with data
• Display kindness and willingness to help.
