Full Time Receptionist
About Us:
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a firm that has been operating in Ipswich for over 20 years.
Our firm provides clients with a wide range of business, tax, accounting, financial planning and consulting services with clients ranging from individuals to small companies spanning across many varied industries.
Role:
- Answering telephone calls, emails & reception enquiries
- Making appointments
- Collection of information and documentation from our clients
- Efficient computer skills
- A good work ethic and attention to detail
- Assist with preparing collated documents to present to clients
- Excellent time management skills and be able to work alone and in a team environment
- General reception duties
- Salary is negotiable based on experience and junior rates may be applicable
To be considered for this role you must demonstrate:
- An excellent attention to detail, exceptional phone manner and a positive attitude. Have a pleasant, happy personality and be well presented.
- Have a minimum 1 year experience in an administrative role.
- Have experience in the accounting industry with knowledge of Access Handisoft will be highly considered, but not necessary. We are happy to train the right person.
- Be available from Monday to Friday, Full time hours.
