The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a receptionist to join our team at Allsports Calamvale. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, this could be the role for you.
The role with see you performing the following but not limited to;
- Delivery an exceptional Customer Service experience to our clients
- Diary management for a range of allied health professionals including;
- Scheduling and amending appointments
- Managing cancellation lists
- Replying to phone and email enquiries
- Invoicing and receipting
- Data management
- Managing paperwork and client files
- Opening and closing he clinic
- Daily banking and reconciliation
