Our ideal candidate would have:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Culinary certification or relevant qualifications in cookery or hospitality.
- Proficiency in a wide range of cooking techniques and a keen understanding of various cuisines.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality food.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen whilst maintaining composure under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mind-set.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
We offer the following benefits worth approximately $2,000 each year:
- Remuneration negotiable based on experience

- Paid RSA, RCG, Food Safety Supervisor certificates available for staff
