We are seeking a Functions & Events Manager to join our team of hospitality professionals, dedicated to ensuring the flawless execution of events and achieving customer satisfaction.
As the Events Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering our event strategy at Pink Hill.
You will be responsible for the sales and delivery of a diverse range of events, including corporate functions, weddings, and private celebrations.
Your main responsibilities
- Replying to function enquiries
- Evaluating & costing function & event enquiries
- Liaoning with clients and the head chef
- Seeking new clients & EVENTS
- Onsite event management, lead all event staff from event set up, to execution of event, to post event evaluation to ensure a positive & seamless client experience and that we are continuously improving.
- Managing external vendors
- Being able to work autonomously.
- Be across new trends so that we continuously evolving.
