Key responsibilities include:

- Ensure safe, high-quality clinical services delivery.
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Promote innovation, quality improvement, and organisational excellence.
- Oversee staff performance, development, recruitment, and orientation.
- Implement and educate staff on clinical policies and procedures.
- Contribute to quality improvement programs and safety measures.
- Manage divisional budgets, targets, and financial risk.
- Support alternative service delivery models and cultural considerations.
- Maintain high standards of client care and service delivery.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, staff education, and documentation standards.
- Support systems and procedures for efficient organisational operation.
- Uphold infection control standards and employee relations legislation.
To be a successful candidate, you will have:
- Relevant postgraduate qualifications or experience in management
- Knowledge of the National Safety & Quality and Aged Care Accreditation Quality Standards
- Working knowledge of the principles of NSW sector acute and Aged Care funding principles
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Current driver's license
- National Police Check
- Working with Children Check
- COVID-19 and flu vaccination or willingness to obtain
