The General Manager will be responsible for driving the overall growth and success of the Australasia business, ensuring we deliver exceptional value to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow and mature the partner channel in Australia.
- Build an agile dynamic team with a foundation of solution and technical expertise and a value-add mindset.
- Delight our customers with market relevant expertise leveraging a collaborative specialised partner community.
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies, targeting new logos in the target markets and expanding existing customer relationships and revenue opportunities.
- Build winning culture in region.
- Drive customer first culture and self-starter, value add mindset.
- Assume full accountability Australia P&L
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 5 years’ experience in the industry with experience managing a Partner Ecosystem
- 5 years’ experience implementing SYSPRO solutions.
- Experience leading a sales team
