As the General ManagerGaming Machines Operations, you will lead a dedicated team in delivering unparalleled customer service at Crown Perth. Reporting directly to the Executive General Manager - Gaming Machines, you will oversee the operations of Gaming Machines, Crown Rewards, Premium Gaming, Keno, and TAB. Your responsibilities will include identifying strategic opportunities, providing direction to achieve department objectives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Key responsibilities
Lead the operations of Gaming Machines, Crown Rewards, Premium Gaming, Keno and TAB with the aim to develop and grow business.
Manage the team’s achievement of objectives linked to the business unit strategy.
Ensure as appropriate the best possible customer experience is delivered within the department.
Work cooperatively with cross functional peers and associated management teams to support a ‘one team’ approach in delivering the best possible employee experience.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, licensing and legislative framework including but not limited to Internal Control Manuals, Casino Control Act, RSA, RG and AML/CTF
Establish excellent relationships with all business units related to Gaming Machines
Achieve sales & financial targets within business unit.
Propose and implement initiatives aimed at revenue growth.
Report to Senior Management on team and business performance
Qualifications:
A distinguished career in senior management within Gaming Machines.
Proven ability to conduct thorough assessments of gaming machine floors, driving optimization and enhancement efforts.
Proven track record in leading teams, including indirect reports
Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and business development
Exceptional leadership prowess, coupled with the ability to inspire and empower teams
