About the role
WorkSafe is looking for Information and Stakeholder Engagement professional with a proven track record of outstanding leadership competencies, extensive experience and understanding of regulatory frameworks, and an ability to promote personal integrity to inspire a sense of purpose and direction across multi-disciplinary teams.
We are seeking someone who can cultivate and nurture relationships with community and agency stakeholders, who ensures all stakeholders needs are met in a professional and timely manner. To be successful in this role, you will have a strong history of navigating complexity with a people centric change leadership compass, and an exceptional ability to consult and engage positively across a diverse range of stakeholders. Your strategic leadership will not only drive compliance excellence, but also enhance relationships that are critical to our success.
Reporting to the Executive Director Regulatory Support, this role is critical to successful strategic and operational planning to implement the Department's objectives and business needs, including the preparation and delivery of Strategic Communications Plans for a range of Workplace Health and Safety initiatives.

Commuting to the office is made easy with excellent accessibility via public transport. However, please note that the Armadale/Thornlie line will be closed for 18 months from late 2023 and replacement bus services are planned.
