You will have a tertiary qualification in either Chemical / Processing Engineering or Metallurgy and be able demonstrate your processing experience to assist in diagnosing and addressing inefficiencies.
You may also possess the following:
- Proven commitment to safety
- Previous experience within a processing plant
- Understanding of coal quality and lab operation would be advantageous, but not essential
- Demonstrate ability influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders to enable and effectively support department KPIs
- Demonstrate extensive experience in process management and Management of Change (MOC)
- Familiarity with production systems such as 1SAP, Fiori, BOS, AMPLA, PI Systems and SCADA PLC would be advantageous, but not essential
