- This role is scoped at a full-time salary $79,702 plus 11% super pro rata for 3 days per week, $47,821.20 plus 11% super.
The opportunity
We now have this exciting opportunity available! Working within Compliance & Controls team within the Risk & Resilience section you will be working across the enterprise to help meet our governance objectives. As the first point of contact between employees and the Risk and Resilience section you will triage issues and requests, resolve, or escalate requests or queries to the relevant specialist and provide professional and efficient administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Support the function in the day-to-day operations including coordination of meetings / audits / workshops and training.
- Accurately record and document all details of a request or issue, including priority for escalated items.
- Providing audit, risk, and compliance support to a range of internal business areas.
- Assist with business reporting as required.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policy, procedures and projects that enhance the delivery of the controls and compliance services and ensure consistency in operations and continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience
- A passion for administration and operational support, with a high attention to detail, and effective time management skills
- Collaborative member of a team with an adaptive style who works across all levels of an organisation to achieve required actions
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including active listening and empathy, combined with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Relevant work experience within a similar role within the government sector would be ideal
