Gp Clinic Receptionist

Eltham Central Medical Clinic is a highly regarded family practice that has been serving the Nillumbik Shire for over 70 years. We are a small team who care deeply for our patients.

We are looking for a casual/part time receptionist (15-20 hours/week) who is passionate about customer service, helping others and has some exposure/experience working in a health business.

Selection criteria:

·      Experience in the medical industry, knowledge of Pracsoft is advantageous

·      Have proven customer service and reception qualities

·      Answering telephone calls & enquiries efficiently

·      Managing appointment schedules

·      Ability to multitask and priorities on the fly

·      Processing payments

·      General administrative duties

·      Polished presentation with exceptional written and verbal communication skills

·      Friendly disposition, personable and a team player
