Our client is an Australian company committed to the research, development and commercialisation of medicinal cannabis products initially for the treatment of pain and mental health disorders. Their purpose is to help get people back to improve their lifestyle.
About the Role:
Your role is to develop and implement business plans that deliver the sales and uptake of a product or portfolio of products into an existing customer base of General Practitioners. Utilising a formidable range of sales and marketing tools, you will apply your business acumen, creativity and tenacity to maximise commercial outcomes. Importantly you have boundless energy, a can do attitude and enjoy collaborating with a diverse group of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with new and potential customers to deliver sales targets
- Develop and adhere to a customer call plan based on strategic targeting of relevant customers.
- Log notes and contact details (into a CRM where applicable) related to all calls.
- Develop a solid and trusting relationship between you and our client.
- Organize and attend trainings, trade shows, and conferences to keep you informed and engaged.
- Manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to support the development of products.
- Present sales and marketing materials to you and KOLs for detailing and training.
- Behave as the client brand champion to ensure that you get the best products and services.
- Collaborate with the client team members to maximize sales and deliver top-notch service.
Your Profile:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to use analytical skills to support a variety of clients
- Good negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritise and generate ideas
- Intermediate with Microsoft Office
- Valid Australian state or territory drivers licence must be held at all times
This role offers the opportunity to take on a challenging business management role, whilst working relatively autonomously. An outstanding salary package, including superannuation and vehicle allowance will be negotiated.
